Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Write SQL queries to extract, combine, and analyze data from multiple systems.
- Use Python to automate reporting, data validation, file processing, and repetitive tasks.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Assist with analyzing operational, clinical, and financial data.
- Support recurring reporting and ad hoc data requests.
- Clean, validate, and reconcile data to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Work with data from SQL databases, Snowflake, Excel, CSV, JSON, and APIs.
- Help investigate discrepancies between reports and source systems.
- Support development of automated data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Work with senior analysts and business leaders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Document queries, reports, and automated processes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes through data and automation.
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
- Strong foundational SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and data transformation.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI tool.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Understanding of relational databases and basic data modeling concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize work, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data platform preferred.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, or automated data processes preferred.
- Familiarity with Git or source-control tools preferred.
