ABOUT THE POSITION:
Detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain state and federal reporting functions in a timely and accurate manner in support of the organization’s contract compliance requirements. Provide basic analytical support for quality metrics.
By:
- Data-mining, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and present salient findings.
- Participating in the performance of a variety of duties involved in client tracking, and collecting, entering and maintaining data into federal mandated electronic data systems.
- Reporting and analysis activities of CHR.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in collecting, tracking, managing all data and quality outcome reporting for the program
- Works to reduce healthcare disparities whenever possible
- Provides training and technical assistance
- Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
- Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
- Additional duties as required.
- Design and produce analyses using internal and external data to support programs and agency
- Ability to collect business requirements through the development of writing specs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist as necessary to test data for integrity and quality assurance.
- Identify innovative ways streamline processes, and to increase client satisfaction.
- Additional duties as assigned.
