J&L Marketing is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team who listens intently, concepts quickly, creates with a purpose, executes with thoroughness, and analyzes data like a scholar.

The Junior Digital Marketing Analyst we hire are organized, creative, forward-thinking, accurate, and detail-oriented.  Our ideal Junior Digital Marketing Analyst must be able to innovate, analyze, and improve paid search advertising and targeted social media ad campaigns while providing first-class support to our clients.   

Junior Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:   

  • Onboard, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns  
  • Understand digital marketing as a big-picture strategy with multiple moving parts, not an isolated function 
  • Facilitate cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other teams 
  • Provide excellent customer service - both verbally and in writing   
  • Digital Performance Analysis: Utilize various analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media, and SEM efforts, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to enhance personalization and targeting efforts across digital channels.

 Junior Digital Marketing Analyst Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required (equivalent proven professional experience may be considered in place of a degree) 
  • Google Ads Certification for Paid Search, Display, Demand Gen, Video, and Shopping Ads.
  • Experience exceeding expectations and performing in a deadline-driven environment .
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
