RESPONSIBILITIES:

Β 

  • Interact proactively and collaboratively with operating and executive level management across all operating and functional areas of the Company
  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, & variance reporting that measure progress against goals.
  • Assist in the annual & quarterly budgeting & forecasting processes
  • Build clear, accurate and reliable predictive forecast modeling to support strategic initiatives
  • Provide insights to all areas of the business using analytics and benchmarking
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
  • Set standards of excellence in quality, productivity, and responsiveness for the group, with a focus on automation of processes and reports
  • Support other departments to reach organizational goals and deadlines
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis & complete special projects as assigned and assist timely with anything requested
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Internship to 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or other related fields
  • Proven ability to multi-task and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced/Proficient Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Attention to accuracy & detail required
  • Self-starter with growth potential, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to acquire needed information from various constituents
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
