We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support our financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analytics functions. This role is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow their career in finance while contributing to data-driven decision-making across the business.
The Junior Financial Analyst will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to help prepare reporting, maintain dashboards and KPI tracking tools, validate data, and support operational performance improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting updates, and variance analysis.
- Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for leadership review.
- Maintain and update financial models, reporting templates, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Compile, organize, and validate financial and operational data from multiple systems.
- Assist with departmental spending reviews and budget tracking.
- Support the preparation of C-Suite
