Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to help us track, manage, and improve our digital lead generation.
This is a great role for someone coming out of college or early in their marketing career (degree not required) who wants real-world experience in digital marketing, local service business growth, lead tracking, and marketing analytics.
Leaky’s Water & Air is a plumbing and HVAC company serving Lubbock and San Antonio. We are growing fast and are working to become a household name across Texas. A big part of that growth comes from understanding where our leads are coming from, what they cost, how many turn into booked jobs, and which marketing channels we should keep investing in.
We use several lead sources, including Google, Angi, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Thumbtack, and other local marketing channels. We also work with an SEO team that helps manage our website and organic search presence. We need someone who can help us measure the results, organize the data, watch the lead flow, and help make sure good opportunities do not get missed.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will help monitor and improve the full lead process from the time a customer finds us online to the time the job gets booked.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Tracking leads from Google, Angi, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Thumbtack, and other sources
- Reviewing lead volume by source
- Tracking cost per lead and cost per booked job
- Helping measure which lead sources are producing good customers
- Watching for missed leads, slow follow-up, or booking issues
- Reviewing website leads, calls, forms, and online booking activity
- Helping measure SEO performance with our outside SEO team
- Reviewing Google Business Profile activity and performance
- Helping track review counts and review requests
- Preparing weekly marketing reports
- Helping identify which marketing channels we should improve, reduce, or grow
- Communicating with our team about lead quality and lead flow
- Helping support growth in both Lubbock and San Antonio
