About this role:
This role sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Finance organization supporting the Corporate Properties Group (CPG) Financial Analysis team. The team is responsible for delivering independent, objective real estate financial analysis to inform enterprise-level strategic decisions. This Vice President role is an individual contributor position with both regional portfolio ownership and enterprise-wide financial leadership responsibilities. The role provides strategic partnership, drives financial modeling governance, and influences decision-making through advanced analytics, business insight, and risk discipline.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex real estate financial analysis supporting strategic initiatives and senior management decision-making
- Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate transactions including lease vs. buy, sale-leaseback, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, delivering clear, concise insights on financial impacts, risks, and tradeoffs
- Assess P&L and NPV cash flow implications of real estate strategies to support disciplined capital allocation decisions
- Partner with CPG stakeholders including strategic planners, relationship managers, and transaction executives to deliver actionable analysis
- Independently lead discussions and present financial recommendations to senior and executive-level audiences
- Ensure adherence to Wells Fargo’s risk and control framework, including governance around transaction approvals and modeling standards
- Participate in due diligence activities, evaluating financial implications tied to acquisitions, divestitures, and contractual obligations
- Own and drive portfolio-level financial governance, including AFE tracking, forecasting alignment, and model coordination
- Act as a process owner for financial modeling and forecasting standards, promoting consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Provide informal leadership through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and guidance on complex analyses
- Influence outcomes in leadership forums through strong financial acumen, risk awareness, and business partnership
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
