Job Summary
Responsible for leading operational and strategic analytics projects, with cross-functional collaboration. In this role, the analyst directs cross domain and enterprise-wide programs, supports domain strategic initiatives, establishes methodological standards and oversees portfolio management. Typically reports to a Director, Reporting & Analytics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field required; Master’s or advanced clinical degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Advanced analytics/healthcare certifications preferred; Domain specific certification or accreditation preferred:
Professional certifications FACHE, CHFP, CAHIMS, CPHIMS
Data Science/Analytics certifications (vary)
Epic Certifications (Caboodle, Cogito, Slicer Dicer, Revenue or Access Data Model)
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Five (5) years of domain expertise (operations, finance, healthcare)
Five (5) years of with demonstrated healthcare analytics success
Working knowledge of reporting platforms and data visualization tools
Strategic dashboard design
Proficient experience with healthcare databases and business applications
Enterprise reporting architecture
System integration expertise
Advanced database query and visualization tool skill preferred
Proficient cross-domain workflow and process knowledge
Proficient-level understanding of domain metrics, industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements
Advanced statistical methodologies
Strategic data interpretation
Pattern recognition and advanced ability to present actionable insights
Basic understanding of data management and mining
