As the Manager BI Analytics – Tableau Lead, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that identify and diagnose specific execution opportunities in both the field and corporate office. You will have high visibility to Club Operations leadership, including the EVP and SVPs of Operations and will collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels across the organization. This role requires an excellent collaborator, communicator, and analyst with extensive hands-on data experience. The successful candidate is a problem solver in a fast-moving and highly diverse environment, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness are not compromised. In addition to strong data mining and analytical skills, this individual will serve as the team’s Tableau subject matter expert, driving best practices in visualization and enabling scalable, high-quality dashboards. The ideal candidate is adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and communicating findings to senior leadership and business stakeholders through clear storytelling
