JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our Manager Relations & Partnerships Team as a Business Analyst. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing data analytics and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making, financial invoicing, and Partner Program deliverables. The individual will also support Dynasty’s Partnership Program by collaborating closely with internal teams and external contacts to ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights for Dynasty Network Partners and key resource partners.
This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop measurable data analytics to track and maintain management-level reporting and invoicing revenue for key business items.
- Track adoption of products and utilization by Network Partners; monitor TAMP asset levels, asset flows, and asset manager flows.
- Analyze revenue data across multiple programs, preparing detailed reports and insights to support strategic decisions and ensure accurate financial invoicing.
- Maintain and validate product lists, and ensure data integrity, especially during cyclical periods such as quarter-end and month-end.
- Create dashboards and internal reporting for all program partners on a monthly basis, ensuring data is accurate and presentable for approximately 30 targeted partners.
- Assist with SMA product onboarding, including operational due diligence, setup configuration and lifecycle management on the investment platform.
- Support advisor transitions by mapping SMA product solutions and identifying replacement strategies when needed.
- Provide ad hoc data pulls for requests from the Investment Team, Finance Team, Ops Team, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Dynasty is providing high quality deliverables in support of the firm’s Partnership Program.
- Consistently assess and improve workflow processes to mitigate risk and create efficiencies.
- Support departmental projects, including new manager or product offerings, and assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
