GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Analyst to turn marketing data into clear, actionable insights. If you enjoy SQL, dashboards, reporting, and investigating data to understand what's really happening, this could be a great opportunity for you. You'll work closely with the Lead Analyst and marketing teams to build reporting, maintain data accuracy, and uncover trends that help leadership make better decisions. 💼 What You'll Do ✔️ Dashboard Management: Build and maintain Looker dashboards for marketing teams. ✔️ SQL & Data: Write and modify SQL queries, ideally using Snowflake, for recurring and ad-hoc reporting. ✔️ Data Validation: Clean, aggregate, and QA marketing datasets to ensure accurate reporting. ✔️ Performance Reporting: Support weekly/monthly reports and identify key performance drivers. ✔️ Trend Analysis: Investigate unusual trends and data fluctuations to understand the "why" behind performance changes. ✔️ Stakeholder Support: Turn business questions into clear, data-driven reports and insights. 🔍 What We're Looking For ✅ 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or marketing analytics ✅ Working knowledge of SQL ✅ Experience with Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar BI tools ✅ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills ✅ Strong data validation and attention to detail ✅ Comfortable working with large datasets and marketing metrics ✅ Curious, analytical, and proactive when investigating data issues ✅ Strong communication and ability to work with remote teams ⭐ Bonus Points ✅ Marketing analytics experience, including CAC, attribution, or campaign performance ✅ CRM or lifecycle marketing data experience ✅ Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses ✅ Experience in tech, marketplace, or app-based companies ✅ Experience using AI tools to improve analytics and reporting workflows 🎁 Why Join GrowthAssistant? 🏠 100% Remote 🌎 Work with U.S.-based companies 🏥 HMO / Healthcare Stipend after 90 days 🌴 7 Paid Holidays + up to 6 PTO days/year 👨👩👧 Parental Leave 🎯 Performance Bonus 🎉 Perfect Attendance & Anniversary Bonuses 💰 Referral Bonus Opportunities 🚨 We're actively hiring!
