Overview:
We are looking for a marketing professional, who is a self-starter to support marketing initiatives for our Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) business. You will collaborate with senior marketers to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns for large employers and their employees, driving awareness, education, and enrollment of life and voluntary products. Youβll work across teams, tools, and mediums, to deliver marketing to influence employee behavior during the different phases of the product lifecycle - buying, owning, and using. Youβll work on a collaborative, integrated team that is passionate about marketing and cares deeply for the customers and clients served along with their fellow marketer.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Collaborate in the development of marketing collateral for employees of large employers.
Support a book of clients.
Develop product knowledge to understand Securian products and solutions and the benefits they provide.
Measure and report on marketing results.
Support marketing initiatives aligned to business goals to drive outcomes.
