The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and business data to support strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This role provides actionable insights into customer behavior, lead generation, and return on marketing investments, helping drive data-informed growth across Groundworks’ brands and markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor Paid Social and Display campaigns to identify red flags, positive/negative trends, areas of opportunities, benchmarks, etc.
- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis to drive insights for Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.
- Perform in-depth analysis around audiences, attribution, and creatives to drive recommendations that drive ROAS.
- Communicate the effectiveness of new creatives, campaign launches, and optimizations by leveraging internal and external data sources.
- Analyze historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to drive top and bottom-line financial results.
- Develop data layer and pixel implementation for development teams to implement.
- Collaborate with internal data teams by managing the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation.
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications
