Job Overview:
The LBS Consulting Services organization comprises several different disciplines including HR, Marketing, Startup and Real Estate consulting. Each provides a strategic advisory service to internal and external stakeholders. A Marketing Analyst is a core member of the Consulting team and plays a key role in enhancing the marketing efforts of financial advisors. This role provides strategic guidance, insights, and hands on support across a broad range of marketing topics, including scalable support for advisors with low complexity needs as well as helping other advisors achieve their marketing goals.
Marketing Analyst serve as a trusted resource for advisors through email support and one on one consultations, delivering actionable recommendations tailored to each advisor’s needs. In addition to high touch consulting, this role helps enable content led and AI assisted approaches that allow advisors to self serve common marketing questions efficiently.
As a skilled presenter, the Marketing Analyst delivers engaging and informative education through webinars, virtual sessions, and in person presentations. As a part of LPL’s broader Consulting Services organization, the Marketing Analyst acts as a concierge, guiding advisors through LPL’s ecosystem and connecting them to the right tools, resources, and solutions to drive action. This role will unite strategy, experience, and innovation to enhance the end to end advisor experience.
Responsibilities:
Supports financial advisors and institutions with marketing strategy, education, and execution guidance.
Serves as a subject matter resource across a wide array of marketing disciplines.
Delivers high impact education to both small and large audiences in virtual and in person environments.
Acts as a connector between advisors and LPL’s marketing tools, products, and approved third party resources.
Supports scalable advisor enablement models by contributing to content and learning solutions that address common, low complexity marketing needs.
Represents the voice of the advisor by capturing feedback and partnering with leadership on continuous improvement.
