Marketing Analyst - A/E/C Marketing & Proposals
Location: Fully remote opportunity for the right candidate (must reside in the U.S.). Otherwise, hybrid office locations include: Hebron, KY / Cincinnati, OH; Nashville, TN; Indianapolis, IN.
Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience. Bonus Opportunities.

The Role
Connico is seeking an experienced A/E/C marketing professional to join our Business Development/Marketing team as a Marketing Analyst.
This is a growth-oriented position for someone who already understands A/E/C proposals and marketing and is ready to take on increasing responsibility. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Specialist, technical professionals, and leadership to develop proposals and marketing content, maintain project and pursuit information, research opportunities, and support broader marketing and business development activities.
The role is designed to grow in scope and independence over time, with a career path to Marketing Specialist and Senior Marketing Specialist.
What You’ll Do
- Develop proposals, qualifications packages, and other pursuit materials using established processes, templates, and standards.
- Identify and assemble project experience, staff qualifications, resumes, technical information, approach content, graphics, and other materials needed for pursuits.
