Position Summary:
The Marketing Analyst & Specialist is responsible for managing the SWISS KRONO and TruWood brands, coordinating print and digital marketing collateral, and analyzing marketing performance to support strategic decision-making. This position combines marketing execution with market research, data analysis, and reporting to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the SWISS KRONO and TruWood brands by:
- registering and maintaining trademarks;
- optimizing branded searches;
- completing Declare label and NAF third-party audits and renewals;
- posting and tracking social media content on Facebook; and
- providing specifiers appropriate documentation for green projects.
- Manage print and digital marketing collateral in collaboration with the sales team to include its design, production, and distribution.
- Responsible for collateral development, packing, photography, and coordination with the sales team.
- Ensure marketing collateral is accurate and current.
- Optimize website content and digital marketing campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, and user experience.
- Manage trade shows and exhibits.
- Direct, plan, buy, and track annual media.
- Responsible for website management to ensure TruWoodsiding.com and SWISS KRONO/PineParticleboard.com sites are accurate and current.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), lead generation, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with sales manager on new product rollouts.
- Remain current on FSC marketing requirements.
- Independently manage multiple marketing projects and priorities with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Order company and marketing tools as approved by management.
- Maintain various industry subscriptions, memberships, listings, and biographies as directed by the General Manager.
- Manage special projects assigned by the General Manager.
