About the Role
Stripe Theory is seeking a candidate who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. They enjoy digging into data, asking questions, and turning complex information into clear recommendations that help clients make smarter marketing decisions.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, helping measure marketing effectiveness, uncover opportunities, build scalable reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights that influence strategy. You'll partner closely with strategists, account teams, and clients while helping shape the future of our analytics capabilities through automation, AI, and modern measurement practices.
What You'll Do
- Analyze marketing performance across paid, earned, owned, and shared media channels, identifying trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations that drive business decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI, ROAS, attribution, incrementality, customer journey, and marketing mix analyses.
- Partner with client teams to develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Support data integration efforts across platforms including CRM, web analytics, social media, paid media, email marketing, and e-commerce systems.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and streamline recurring workflows.
- Utilize spreadsheets, APIs, and data visualization platforms to clean, validate, and analyze large datasets.
- Assist in implementing data governance, quality assurance, and analytics best practices.
- Configure and manage data collection platforms, tagging strategies, social listening, media monitoring, and digital measurement solutions.
- Monitor industry trends around privacy, cookieless measurement, first-party data strategies, and evolving digital analytics practices.
