About the Role A Brooklyn-based nonprofit organization is looking for an intellectually curious, detail-oriented Medical Data Specialist to help maintain physician profiles and input research topics within their database. Key Responsibilities
Physician Profile Maintenance
- Maintain and update physician profiles within the organization's database
- Input research topics accurately and consistently
- Ensure all records reflect current, reliable information
Research & Data Entry
- Conduct internet-based research to gather and verify information
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry across systems
- Communicate by phone as needed to gather or confirm information
Qualifications
- Proficiency with standard desktop software
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Exceptional internet research skills
- Good phone communication skills
- Prior knowledge of medical specialties a plus
Hours: Full-time preferred · Part-time considered (25+ hours/week)
