Merchant Solutions Marketing Analyst
What does a successful Marketing Analyst at Fiserv do?
The Marketing Analyst will support the Merchant Solutions marketing organization across Enterprise, Mid-Market, ISV, and ISO/Agent segments by executing marketing programs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting both direct and partner-led go-to-market efforts.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting campaign delivery, partner engagement programs, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement operations. The role plays a critical part in ensuring marketing programs are effectively developed, launched, and scaled across segments, while also providing light performance tracking to support continuous improvement.
What you will do:
Multi-Segment Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end execution, launch, and tracking of B2B marketing campaigns across Enterprise, Mid-Market, ISV, and ISO/Agent segments.
Partner Acquisition & Engagement: Assist in the development and rollout of partner-facing marketing programs aimed at driving new partner acquisition, onboarding, and long-term ecosystem productivity.
Co-Marketing & Merchant Growth: Coordinate partner-led and co-marketing initiatives delivered through partner networks to accelerate merchant acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
Sales Enablement Management: Own and maintain sales enablement platforms, ensuring that centralized content libraries, collateral, and product launch resources are up-to-date and accessible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with segment leads, sales teams, agencies, and internal Centers of Excellence (COEs)—including creative, digital, PR, and events—to align and streamline marketing efforts.
Asset & Channel Distribution: Help manage and distribute marketing assets, communications, and targeted content across multiple direct and partner-led channels.
Project & Workflow Management: Track campaign milestones, manage project workflows, and coordinate time
