Position Overview
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for product planning and at times technical project/task execution for products in the team’s portfolio. The Business Systems Analyst is the voice of the customer, representing internal stakeholders and the Product Manager while driving prioritization of their backlog. The Business Systems Analyst will solve business problems by analyzing business needs, understanding requirements, investigating potential solutions, ensuring the successful launch of new products/features, and managing products throughout their entire lifecycle. The ideal individual candidate will be able to facilitate discussions and lead the execution of tasks that help the organization provide best in class solutions supported by a solid foundation of governance and strategy.

Responsibilities
Business Analysis/Systems Analysis
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research, and process analysis.
- Articulate requirements to the lowest level of detail needed to advance business objectives, platform governance, project success, and operational support outcomes.
- Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process maps, decision criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, reduce manual work, clarify support boundaries, and improve user experience.
