Position Description:
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven new graduate or junior professional who is excited to build a career across project management, business analysis, delivery operations, and account planning. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, creative, proactive, and comfortable working with both business and technology teams.
The successful candidate will support delivery leads, project managers, business analysts, and account leadership in managing day-to-day project activities, requirements coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting, risks, action items, and account-level planning activities.
Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000-$80,000. This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Support project managers and delivery leads in tracking project activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Assist business analysts in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting notes.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting summaries, action item trackers, RAID logs, leadership updates, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and stakeholder inputs across delivery teams, business teams, and client stakeholders.
• Support intake management by helping review incoming requests, capturing missing information, following up with stakeholders, and tracking progress.
• Assist with capacity planning, resource tracking, team onboarding, role mapping, and project demand visibility.
• Support account planning activities, including maintaining account trackers, opportunity pipelines, client priorities, delivery highlights, case studies, risks, and upcoming demand.
• Help prepare account-level presentations, governance materials, executive updates, proposal inputs, and client discussion notes.
• Work with delivery and account leaders to identify improvement opportunities, automation ideas, reporting enhancements, and process efficiencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project governance meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Bring fresh thinking, creativity, curiosity, and ownership to improve project execution, communication, and account planning practices.
