TIME: Full-time; 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM and or 11AM to 8:00PM but can vary occasionally with one-hour lunch. Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Program service hours 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday.
This position is grant-funded, and continuation is dependent upon program needs, satisfactory performance, and availability of grant funds.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Lead Intake and Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our students, staff , and the overall program. This administrative support position encompasses a range of duties that adapt to the evolving needs of the program, including assisting the supervisor in training and managing Intake and Data staff . The primary objective of these responsibilities is to ensure the program delivers optimal services while maintaining compliance with program, district, and state requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred EXPERIENCE: 1-year NTAEL Intake specialist preferred and/or Adult Education and Literacy experience
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of the Texas Educating Adults Management System (TEAMS).
- Excellent communication and computer skills, profi cient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
