Position Overview:
As an ORV Operations Analyst, you will plan, communicate, and execute Off‑Road Vehicle shipment strategies within a Retail Flow Management environment to support dealer service performance. You will work cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Plant Traffic to align ship plans, manage risk, and ensure execution against commitments. This role requires proactive problem identification, data‑driven decision making, and clear communication of performance metrics and issues to senior leaders. You will also own the development and execution of international ship plans for a complex and evolving market. This is a compelling opportunity to have end‑to‑end ownership of shipment execution with direct impact on service levels, operational efficiency, and international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly ship plans for an assigned ORV business category.
- Align monthly and quarterly ship plans with Finance, SIOP, Product Line Sales, and Logistics partners.
- Monitor daily and weekly ship targets and partner with Logistics to ensure execution remains on plan.
- Own and communicate inventory plans, including risks and actions, during ship team meetings.
- Lead ship strategy and ship‑to‑retail initiatives, including order prioritization and slotting processes.
- Apply and manage accurate ship dates on customer orders within promised lead times and financial plans.
- Proactively identify risks to service performance and develop countermeasures in partnership with stakeholders.
- Develop, publish, and report service level and Retail Flow Management metrics to senior management.
- Lead ship team meetings involving ORV Operations and Logistics teams.
- Own the development and continuous improvement of international ship execution plans.
- Support adjacency, safety stock, and non‑revenue shipment needs, including marketing and executive orders.
- Drive process improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting best practices across business categories.
