JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for analyzing, creating, and providing great data to the MT Operations
organization for the business to identify opportunities for improvement, ensure manufacturing master data is accurate
to properly cost product, ensure effective business decisions can be made by the Manufacturing Leadership Team, and
ensure the plantβs Process Based Leadership (PBL) system is properly maintained for overall plant connectivity from shop
floor through Core Leadership Team.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
β’ Create and report production statistics: Provide daily, monthly quarterly numbers for all work centers including
OEE, throughput, productivity, efficiency numbers and update the plant Process Based Leadership System
accordingly.
β’ Analyze Manufacturing Scrap Data and Provide trend data for overall material waste performance.
β’ Update the Cost of Quality Database on a weekly basis, track rework and rework costs.
β’ Updating Pay for Performance data on a Weekly basis for teams to measure their productivity, scrap, safety, and
quality performance to target for plant bonus system.
β’ KPI Data: Update operation metric goals on monthly and quarterly basis
β’ Complete BOM, Master Routing Updates, and complete ECOβs to include raw material consumption, labor
utilization, and run rate information for manufacturing routings.
β’ Operations software support for Safety Management System, and Process Based Leadership System.
β’ Data Reporting Tools Creation in MS Access or other programs for Short Interval Control, QUEST, Machine
Settings References, and HR Staffing reports and turnover.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the

β’ High school graduation/GED plus five (5) years manufacturing experience including two (2) years of data
collection and analysis experience in a manufacturing setting.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
β’ Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and be able to manage multiple
projects and tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately.
β’ Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal associates and designated external contacts.
β’ Experience with PBL Software strongly preferred. JD Edwards and ERP system skills in item set up, report
creation & data analysis preferred.
