Project Partners seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Business Development / Business Analyst professional to support our growth in project-centric verticals such as engineering, construction, professional services, and manufacturing. This role is integral to identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and shaping solutions that leverage Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities tailored to these complex environments. The ideal candidate combines strong business development acumen with technical expertise, ensuring that our solutions meet the nuanced needs of project-focused industries.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Business Development and Strategy

    • Identify and engage potential customers within project centric industries, driving sales and revenue growth.

    • Build a comprehensive pipeline of prospects, leveraging industry knowledge and Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.

    • Develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns targeting project-focused organizations.

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted proposals and presentations.





  • Requirements Analysis and Solution Design

    • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from clients in project-based sectors.

    • Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that align Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities with specific client needs in project-centric industries.

    • Assist in the development and delivery of high-level functional and technical specifications for new implementations, customizations, and integrations.





  • Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership

    • Maintain up to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and Oracle Cloud ERP developments.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on optimizing ERP solutions for project management, cost control, and resource allocation.

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, contributing to thought leadership efforts.





  • Metrics and Reporting

    • Track and report on business development and project success metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

    • Prepare and present regular performance and pipeline reports to senior leadership.




Qualifications:



  • BachelorοΏ½s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in business development or business analysis, ideally within project-centric industries (construction, engineering, manufacturing, etc.).

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in modules related to project management, financials, and supply chain.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop practical, client-focused solutions.

  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP and relevant project management tools is highly desirable.


Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with Oracle Primavera or similar project portfolio management solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in creating functional and technical documentation.

  • A collaborative team player who can work across various departments and with different stakeholders.
