This Support position is designated as Level 14. The salary range starts at $58,465 and can increase based upon educational background and relevant work experience.

Job Summary\: This position will be responsible for assisting the IU Penn Data Manager with the collection, validation, and submission of accurate required Special Education Data file from each school district and charter school for Bucks IU and follow the procedures and timelines established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) for data submission. In addition, this position will support the upload and management of Bucks IU PIMS reports in accordance with PDE reporting requirements and established timelines.

Essential Functions\:

Collect Penn Data information from all school districts and charter schools within the Bucks IU, collectively resulting in data for approximately 15,000 students.

Ensure accuracy of information presented in school district and charter school Penn Data and PIMS Special Education student and staff files.

Maintain current knowledge of Penn Data and PIMS Special Education reporting requirements as designated by the state and federal regulations, and communicate modificati
