As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of the bank’s data while transforming it into actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT to develop and maintain reports and dashboards, deliver meaningful analysis, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization. You will play a central role in monitoring and improving data quality within the data warehouse, identifying trends and discrepancies, and providing clear, actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational goals.
Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include:
- Ensuring data integrity through quality assurance, validation, and monitoring processes.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Axiom, and BIC.
- Performing analysis on financial and operational data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Partnering with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, accurate data solutions.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of data pipelines and underlying data structures.
- Assisting with data integration efforts across systems and applications.
- Researching and analyzing historical and forecasted data to support planning and decision-making.
- Troubleshooting data issues and collaborating with technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Documenting reporting logic, data definitions, and data processes.
- Coordinating and supporting data-driven projects across departments.
- Assisting with budget and financial reporting activities as needed.
