Role Overview:
We're looking for someone who is smart, resourceful, and moves fast, someone who can manage the operational details while understanding the impact of their work. If you care about technology, people, and how good marketing drives real business outcomes, this is a role where that mindset gets put to work every day.
You'll manage the infrastructure that keeps our network running, help identify and cultivate relationships with the right founders, investors, and corporate strategics, and execute the marketing and communications that scale those relationships over time. Driving revenue and attendance for The Montgomery Summit, the firm's annual tentpole event and its most powerful platform for this work, will be a central focus. - A builder, not just a user, when it comes to AI. You’ve leveraged Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to solve problems and create workflows, not just run prompts.
- You see what needs to happen and make it happen. You’re high-horsepower and low-ego. You’re the person who builds the spreadsheet, writes the outreach campaign plan and messaging, fixes the CRM, and then asks what’s next.
You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in tech, startups, venture capital, or a related environment where resourcefulness and speed are table stakes.
- Background in one or more of: revenue operations, marketing, sales, analytics, communications &
