This trainee role provides structured training and hands-on assignments across several rotations that expose you to many marketing activities and work settings. As a PLCB Marketing Analyst Trainee, you will perform the following duties:

Training Rotations: Receive guided instruction and practical tasks from supervisors in multiple settings

Marketing Support: Work alongside experienced staff to build skills in creating and evaluating marketing initiatives

Campaign Evaluation: Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of promotions and advertising efforts

Digital Materials: Help produce website content and support online marketing projects

Brand Application: Apply brand standards to store layouts and review merchandising tools such as planograms
Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Marketing Analyst.
