Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for PLM initiatives, gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure PLM solutions meet business needs
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements leveraging PLM capabilities
- Drive configuration, testing, and implementation of PLM enhancements and upgrades
- Support change management efforts and user training to maximize adoption and utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless PLM integration
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within PLM environments
- Deep knowledge of PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise settings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
