We are currently looking for a Precision Ag Data Specialist to join us in any of our 35 stores.
PURPOSE:
Provides agronomic solutions and support for the sale and use of John Deere Precision Ag Technology, Precision Upgrades Equipment, and John Deere Operations Center. Works in close collaboration with entire Precision Ag department to assist customers in optimizing precision ag technology on their farm through analytics and machine optimization deriving from data driven decisions.
BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBITIES:
- Participates in product presentations at customer clinics, pre-Expo Meetings, John Deere Days and meetings held outside the dealership.
- Provides technical support where applicable while successfully tracking billable time.
- Develops and delivers employee training for Operations Center, Equipment Mobile and any other applicable software or data tools.
- Manages the adoption of new technology and product offerings.
- Provides support for advanced customer training for hardware and software products such as Operations Center, Operations Center Mobile and Equipment Mobile offered through John Deere.
- Manages and maintains precision data services and offerings provided by the department.
- Promotes customer owned Operations Center organization utilization and optimization.
- Serves as the internal and external dealership technical specialist relative to the entire Precision Ag product line.
