About the Role
The Principal Financial Analyst, Integrated Supply Operations (ISO) FP&A serves as a key financial partner to the Finance Director, ISO FP&A, supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management across Integrated Supply Operations, with additional support for Quality. This role focuses on delivering clear, actionable financial analysis and executive-ready insights that enable effective decision-making in a complex, matrixed manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate financial data into business insight.
** This role is based at our headquarters in Northridge, CA with an onsite expectation of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise FP&A and Performance Management
- Support the annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes for ISO and Quality.
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts for headcount, operating expense, and capital spending.
- Analyze key business drivers, assumptions, and risks to support planning accuracy and decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and commentary for monthly business reviews and senior leadership reporting.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly close reporting and variance analysis for budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Analyze financial performance across ISO and Quality functions, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop concise management summaries and executive-level narratives.
- Support month-end close activities, including accrual validation, journal entry review, and balance sheet reconciliation support as needed.
Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted financial partner to leaders across Integrated Supply Operations and Quality.
- Support Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality leaders with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support.
- Quantify the financial impact of operational initiatives, cost savings actions, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner
