SHINE SPECT is currently seeking a Principal SAP IT Business Analyst to serve as a senior functional leader responsible not only for analyzing business requirements and configuring SAP solutions, but also for directing, governing, and overseeing the daily work of the third party managed support team that executes much of the operational support and enhancement activities.
The Principal SAP IT Business Analyst will support commercial, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution processes including Transportation and Global Trade Services and Billing. This position will serve as a solution expert responsible for design, configuration, documentation, and end user enablement including managing delivery by third party managed support team.
This position is based in Massachusetts and requires presence on-site three days per week.
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as functional solution owner for OTC, MTD, EWM/TM PP PI.
- Lead roadmaps, solution design, strategic enhancements, and vendor management.
- Providing strategic guidance, define priorities, review deliverables, and ensure SLA compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through the external support organization
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
OTC (Order to Cash)
- Lead solution design across SAP S/4HANA SD, Order-to-Cash, and Order Fulfillment
- Design and optimize processes for quoting, pricing, sales orders, shipping, billing, and logistics execution
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configuration and enhancements
- Own pricing procedures, ATP configuration, and multi-plant / multi-country SD design
- Coordinate cross-functional solutions with Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Trade
- Support S/4HANA initiatives, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts
- Support SAP SD integration with external shipping platforms
EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Architect EWM processes including bin strategies, HU management, picking/putaway, staging, and inventory management.
- Enable inbound/outbound flows, yard management, and replenishment strategies.
