VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Data Analyst to support our PAE RAS Logistics customer in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Support and assist PAE RAS Surface and Undersea Logistics APM, PAPM and Logistics team respond to data calls
- Support data management, analysis and visualization
- Build dashboards for logistics elements including maintenance, scheduling, training, funding, sparing supply support
- Prepare and update executive briefs, reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Tracking, providing status updates, and processing a wide variety of tasks to completion
- Create and manage SharePoint pages, lists and work flows
- Participate in meetings
- Work independently and with a team to effectively manage multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-pace work environment
- Pay strict attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Participate in team initiatives as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in a program data analyst role supporting DoD/Navy Program Management Office (PMO)
- Excel advance level experience (Pivot Tables, Lookup, Power Queries) to support data management, analysis and visualization
- Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Power BI
- Must be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment
- Possess excellent communication to build effective working relationships with cross functional teams, stakeholders and across programs
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Active Secret Security Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a NAVSEA Logistics PMO
- Familiarity with Navy budgeting and cost analysis
- Experience using AI to improve and automate work flows and financial reporting processes
