Job Title: Program Data Analyst

Department: Operations – Services

Reports To: RavenTek Program Manager

Location: Washington, DC with flexibility for telework- onsite twice per week, (must live within driving distance)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week

FLSA Status: Hourly, Nonexempt

Clearance: Public Trust

Position Summary

The Program Data Analyst provides analytical and program support services focused on data analysis, reporting, and operational insight to improve organizational transparency and decision-making. This position analyzes program data, develops dashboards, validates financial and performance metrics, and prepares reports that support leadership decision-making and program performance monitoring. The Program Data Analyst collaborates with program managers and stakeholders to generate insights, maintain accurate reporting, and support program operations. The performance of this position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards based on program datasets to support operational visibility and reporting.

Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.

Reconcile spreadsheet calculations and validate financial and performance metrics for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare reports, visualizations, and briefings to communicate program performance and findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Provide oversight and administrative support for acquisition and program support activities, ensuring compliance with established processes.

Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to support program objectives and reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain status reports for program activities, risks, and corrective actions.

Support decision-making by documenting requirements, tracking metrics, and capturing lessons learned.

Apply project management and program support practices to assist with lifecycle management of initiatives.

Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
