As a Lead Program Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the financial success of our defense programs. You will partner closely with Program Managers to deliver accurate forecasts, ensure compliance with government financial requirements, and provide actionable insights that enhance profitability and performance. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple complex programs, influence business decisions, and support leadership-level financial reviews.

Salary Range: $ 94,700.00 - $126,300.00 per year plus bonus

Your Challenge:
Lead the preparation of quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasts for assigned programs.
Analyze cost performance, schedule impacts, and program variances to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.
Review and assess the financial implications of programmatic changes, milestone shifts, and contract modifications.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for unbilled receivables and deferred revenue balances, ensuring proper revenue recognition.
Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to Program Management and senior leadership.
Prepare and present program financial performance, variance explanations, and risk assessments.
Support ad hoc analyses, including stop work notifications, contract terminations, or cost impact studies.
