Day to Day
In this role, a Project Financial Analyst will ensure costs and revenues are accurately reported for all projects for month end, accounting and project related reporting. You will be collaborating with Project Managers to maintain budgets, approving subcontractor invoices, and consolidate invoicing packets.
As Project Financial Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining project folders, focusing on the accuracy and completeness of the necessary project documentation.

Invoice Management: Prepare and review client invoices and supporting documentation monthly or as requested. Ensure timely, accurate billing and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
