Position Summary:
Supports the Prescott Regional Communications Center and its public safety partner agencies by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from CAD, RMS, and related public safety systems. Responsible for producing accurate and timely reports on public safety operations, calls for service, response times, and other performance measures in support of fire, law enforcement, and emergency medical services. Ensures data accuracy, develops dashboards and visualizations, and delivers actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and support compliance requirements. Administratively assigned to the Information Technology Department for alignment with cybersecurity, governance, and data management standards.
Essential Duties:
- Develop, automate, and maintain a Standard Report Library covering public safety operations, calls for service, response times, accreditation, law enforcement, and emergency medical services, enabling self-service access for PRCC and member agencies.
