Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Recordkeeper Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our recordkeeping processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of existing recordkeeping systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for data management, recordkeeping, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to generate insightful reports and dashboards that assist stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into effective recordkeeping strategies.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on recordkeeping practices, data entry techniques, and compliance standards.
  • Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of recordkeeping systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in recordkeeping software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Relius Administration).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or related field.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance related to recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

The expected pay range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
