What you will be doing:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and project profitability assessment.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions, business planning, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks in the solar sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, prepare financial budgets, and ensure adherence to financial objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and risk assessments.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, financial regulations, and emerging trends in the solar and BESS sectors.
Experience you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance.
  • MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years ofย experience in renewable energy finance withย BESS.
  • Strong knowledge ofย financial principles, including financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with theย ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of the energy markets,ย including market dynamics, project economics, and regulatory landscape.
  • Experience with tax credit transfers and partnership structures.
  • Able to report to theย office 3 days per week.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000/year
