An US International company is looking for a Report Developer (Data Analyst) to join their team remotely, or based in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town.

Summary:
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) consultant with 5-7 years of experience in Manhattan Active WMS Cloud Application. Experienced in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Manhattan Active® WMS across distribution centers, with strong expertise in configuration, integration, and end-to-end warehouse process design. Skilled in collaborating with operations, transportation, and IT teams to enhance order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and automation readiness.

Responsibilities:

Manhattan WMS domain expert and best-practice advocate.

Responsible for WMS design and production support.

Handle system configuration, functional/integration testing, user training, and go-live support.

Translate business processes into software requirements, including BRDs and GAP analysis for extensions.

Create functional requirements and use cases; coordinate walk-throughs and sign-offs.

Partner with project teams to convert business specs into test specs and scripts.

Collaborate with vendors and clients on software testing and quality reporting.

Provide production support post-go-live to stabilize operations.

Travel to warehouse sites during critical implementation phases (nominal travel required).

Implemented WMS as client, systems integrator, or consultant.

End-to-end MA WMS configuration: Receiving, Putaway, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping.

Expertise in inventory sync, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.

Hands-on with ASN processing, pick confirmation, and shipment creation.

Skilled in host integrations and troubleshooting failed messages.

Identify system gaps, define requirements, and drive process improvements.

Work with DC Operations, transportation, and inventory control teams.

Support Hypercare, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization.<
