Help Shape the Future of Jewish Day Schools by Joining Our Research Team Our Knowledge, Research & Data team produces leading research and benchmarking resources serving Jewish day schools, including enrollment trend reporting, Finance & Operations Benchmarking Project (DASL), the Prizmah Parent Survey, Facts at a Glance, salary benchmarking, and organizational impact reporting. These resources help school leaders make informed decisions and strengthen Jewish day school education across North America. We're looking for a Research Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, and wants to contribute to research that has a meaningful impact. About the Role The Research Data Analyst supports Prizmah's research, benchmarking, and evaluation initiatives by managing data throughout its lifecycle, from collection and validation to analysis and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex information, improving processes, and producing work that others rely on to make important decisions. Success in this role comes from producing accurate, organized, and actionable data that others can trust. What You'll Do Data Management Collect, clean, validate, merge, and maintain datasets from multiple sources. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data. Develop and maintain repeatable data management processes and documentation. Manage data imports and exports across research and survey platforms. Identify and resolve data quality issues before analysis and reporting. Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare tables, charts, dashboards, and descriptive analyses. Produce recurring benchmarking reports and summaries. Develop concise written summaries that communicate what the data show. Contribute the production of research reports and Knowledge Center publications. Survey &
