Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PPT

You are detail‑oriented and analytical, while also collaborative and comfortable working with utilities, program participants, and internal teams. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities effectively, and approach complex data and regulatory requirements with a practical, problem‑solving mindset. You are motivated by mission‑driven work and want to play a direct role in supporting reliable power across the Western Interconnection.
Qualifications include:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in energy markets, resource adequacy, compliance, utility planning, settlements, or related analytical roles
- Foundational understanding of capacity planning, reliability metrics, and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting analytical processes, data validation, and reporting activities
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and apply program rules or regulatory frame
