Plans & Fees Analyst Oakland, CA – Hybrid (Position requires resource to work 1 week onsite in Oakland per month (3 days during that week)) 12 Months - Contract Skills/Experience: • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle, payer contracting, or fee schedule management. • Strong understanding of dental insurance reimbursement methodologies, payer contracts, and fee loading processes. • Demonstrated analytical and testing skills with excellent attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical findings effectively. • Proficiency in Excel and data validation tools.
