Requisition Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing PACCAR's compliance plan concerning Greenhouse Gas (GHG) regulations. You will monitor diverse data sources, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy in GHG data and documentation.


Job Functions / Responsibilities


  • Study Greenhouse Gas regulations and assist in executing PACCAR’s compliance plan

  • Monitor varied and multiple sources of data: identify and resolve discrepancies as needed

  • Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, dealers, and secondary manufacturers to maintain accurate and current Greenhouse Gas data, business systems, and documentation

  • Assist corporate emissions compliance in the generation and validation of reports required by government agencies

  • Perform data analysis to aid business decision making

  • Lead internal system development, integration, and validation of GHG impacted business systems

  • Manage and coordinate aftermarket change requests as needed

  • Manage and coordinate secondary manufacturing compliance plan, controls, and agreements

  • Provide aftermarket technical support for dealers to program engine ECMs/vehicle CECUs with the applicable GHG parameters

  • Provide Greenhouse Gas related factory support and troubleshooting as needed

  • Create and deliver internal and external training related to GHG systems

  • Communicate status, roadblocks, and open tasks to compliance stakeholders

  • Lead GHG continuous improvement initiatives

  • Up to 10% travel required


Skills


  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills, detail oriented, strong initiative and self-motivated

  • Strong communication skills required

  • Persistence in following up: monitors open tasks and escalates with appropriate urgency

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in transactional processes

  • Advanced MS Excel skills required

  • Proficiency in Tableau preferred

  • Strong product and business system knowledge preferred


Qualifications

Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5 years work experience required


Preferred:Β 



  • Master’s degree preferred

  • 2 years experience with Automotive OEM preferred
