Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales & Community Outreach Manager, the Sales & Marketing Data Specialist is responsible for delivering data tracking that supports the ROI of multi-channel campaigns. Additionally, this role will assess competitive market trends to guide strategic decisions

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Β 

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to evaluate marketing return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on sales, marketing, and community outreach performance.
  • Assist with SEO, Google Ads, retargeting, and other digital channels to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on market and sales trends, including competitor activity and import/export data on competitive materials, and provide insights to Sales and Marketing leaders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy.
  • Manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for thevillageshealth.com.
  • Monitor and interpret Google Analytics data to inform and guide marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns.
  • Set up phone number tracking using Call Rail and integrate it with Salesforce.
  • Generate and analyze reports from various platforms to gain insights on ROI.
  • Attend meetings with designated teams to ensure CRM alignment. Perform other duties as assigned.Β 

Education/Experience Requirements:Β  Β Β 

  • Proficiency and experience with Salesforce CRM is required. Should understand use of Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and community outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field preferred, or 2 years equivalent experience in related field.
  • Successful work experience in a sales and marketing department role.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially in Excel.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency and experience with Salesforce CRM with understanding of Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and community outreach.
  • Ability to decipher data and provide relevant information in a comprehensive way.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Ability to research, access, and compare data resources online.
  • Convert data and findings into tables, graphs and written reports and present to Sales & Marketing leaders.
  • Knowledge of call tracking software and its applications.
  • Knowledge of AI add-ons and extensions.
Salary is commensurate with experience
