SAP Master Data Specialist (12-month term)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Data Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with deep knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, and master data governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting PLM and SAP integration during Curtiss-Wright’s S/4 HANA transition, ensuring effective master data management, and overseeing the documentation of new processes and systems. Experience in cutover activities and familiarity with AS9100 requirements.

Your Challenge:
SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA Integration: Work cross-functionally to support gaps between SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system alignment.
Master Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality standards and resolve issues.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP S/4 HANA processes, configurations, and workflows. Ensure documentation aligns with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Cutover Planning & Execution: Support system cutover activities during major releases or transitions, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal business disruption. Manage risk assessments and contingency planning for system cutovers.
Compliance & AS9100: Ensure all processes and systems align with AS9100 quality management standards. Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
User Support & Training: Provide end-user training and support for SAP cutover. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ERP systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize data management, system usability, and compliance.
What You Bring:
Proven experience with SAP systems (minimum 3 years).
Strong background in master data governance and ensuring data quality and consistency.
Experience in system cutovers, migrations, or upgrades.
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to create and maintain detailed process documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system workflows.
Compliance: Familiarity with AS9100 standards and experience supporting quality and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
Certification or training in SAP ECC, Agile PLM, or Data Governance.
Experience with change management in an enterprise environment.
