Job Title: Secondary Marketing Analyst, Pooling and Loan Sales

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Secondary Marketing Analyst to join our Pooling and Loan Sales team. This role is central to our success, focusing on best execution analysis, mandatory loan sales, and quantitative modeling to drive profitability and optimize our secondary market operations.
What You'll Do: Essential Functions
Profitability & Best Execution:
Execute Mandatory Loan Sales: Manage the end-to-end execution of mandatory loan sales via MBS pooling and bid tape processes.
Model and Optimize: Develop and utilize advanced pricing models and tools to conduct sophisticated best execution analysis and optimization, ensuring maximum profitability.
Daily Pricing: Use internal pricing models to calculate and review daily loan pricing, ensuring alignment with corporate profit margins and internal policy.
Configure Systems: Manage the configuration of Secondary Marketing systems, including investor pricing valuations, eligibility, and risk adjustments.
Capital Markets & Sales Support:
Transactional Support: Provide expert pricing and transactional support for all loan sales, including servicing retained, servicing released, correspondent bulk sales, agency whole loan cash sales, and co-issue transactions.
Security Issuance: Assist with issuing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae securities for specified pools.
Servicing Management: Help manage co-issue servicing transitions to investors, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
Relationship Management: Assist in managing relationships with Broker Dealers, Correspondents, and key Vendors.
Analysis, Reporting & Strategy:
Quantitative Modeling: Contribute to the process of improving models and technology used for risk management and operational efficiency.
Strategic Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing Secondary Marketing strategic initiatives and new product development.
Reporting: Generate daily and ad-hoc analytics and reports for management, covering overall profitability, margins, and pricing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Analytics, Agency Delivery, Post-Closing, and Accounting teams to ensure
