Role Description
As the Senior Analyst, Market Expansion on ABC's Global Commerce and Payments Operations Team, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our global billing, collections and payments business.

Support our global market expansion strategy and processing model for domestic and international markets.

Develop market analysis & competitive benchmarking.

Produce mapping of required product capabilities and coverage of local payment methods (Pay by Bank, Cards, Digital Wallets) for each market.

Analyze licensing and regulatory requirements.

Recommend new strategic payments partnerships or optimize existing partner connections.

Analyze data quickly and gather data about markets and competitors strategically.

Identify opportunities for improvement to drive business success.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, insights, pricing or a related field within the payments industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic pricing.

A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business improvement.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.

Knowledge of the payments industry landscape, including card scheme fees, bank processing costs, emerging pricing trends and technology.
