Overview of the role BWHC is on a significant data and insight transformation journey, and this Senior Analyst role will play a critical part in shaping how we leverage data across the business. The successful candidate will help build the insight capability, mindset, and stakeholder confidence needed to use data more effectively and drive meaningful, measurable change at scale. Acting as an Insights and Analytics Business Partner to our Marketing and Digital teams, you will transform complex customer and channel data into actionable insights that drive performance across CRM, digital, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness. You will also serve as the Data Product Owner for marketing and digital analytics, partnering closely with stakeholders to shape the roadmap, prioritise the highest-value opportunities, and ensure the delivery of data products and insights that support strategic decision-making and commercial growth. This role is hybrid and based in Manchester - we can only consider applicants who are commutable to Manchester City Centre. Main Responsibilities Act as the senior insight partner to key marketing and digital stakeholders, translating business questions into analysis that supports commercial and customer decisions Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide clear,timely, and decision-ready insight across CRM, digital analytics, campaign performance, and customer journeys Use data toidentifyopportunities, shape recommendations, and influence stakeholders to improve customer engagement, campaign performance, digital journeys, and conversion Partner with senior leaders across marketing, digital, CRM, customer, commercial, and data teams to align analytics to business priorities and develop a joined-up omni-channel view Define meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks that support CRM performance, marketing effectiveness, experimentation, online journeys, customer value, and strategic planning The Ideal Candidate Strong marketing and digital background with a clear understanding of CRM, customer behaviour, digital performance, campaign effectiveness, and online journeys Strong BI, reporting, and visualisation skills with experience creating clear dashboards and insight packs for senior stakeholders, ideally using Power BI and the wider Microsoft suite Strong customer, digital, and marketing analytics capability with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes across campaign performance, customer engagement, channel activity, and conversion Strong SQL, Excel, and data handling skills with confidence working across complex customer, campaign, and digital datasets, including cloud-based data environments such as Google Cloud Platform,BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar techno
